Featured Feature – Turn one sermon into many powerful clips

Multiply your efforts!

Turn one sermon into many powerful clips.

As a pastor, week-after-week you put a lot of time & effort into preparing your sermons.

Although the message is intended to be received as a whole, it is often the case that there are short, profound, and potent morsels of Truth strewn throughout the overall sermon. What we’ll call, “mic-drop moments from the pulpit.”

Those moments, often less than a minute in length, pack a powerful and concise punch, and are easy to share and be consumed as stand-alone clips.

Sermon.net makes it easy to create multiple clips from your source Live recordings.

You can have the full live stream recording automatically published and added to your on-demand archive. In addition to this you can create several smaller clips from the live recording that can be easily shared through:

  • a dedicated Playlist that can be included in your players and apps
  • your social networks
  • direct links that you can email or text
  • as well through a podcast feed dedicated to your sermon shorts/clips

With the average attention-span on the decrease, sermon clips are a great way to get the most out of your sermons, and introduce more people to your ministry.

Sermon Clips can be a powerful tool for spreading the Word of God – especially in this day and age when attention is at a premium.

Give this video a watch… it will show you the process of creating and sharing your clips.

Major Announcement!

First, we want to say THANK YOU to all the ministries that have partnered with sermon.net for their online broadcasting. You are appreciated! We pray for your ministry often, and we look forward to serving you for years to come!

Sermon.net is about to receive a major facelift! More than just a facelift, it’s a complete rebuild from the ground up.

This project has been in the works for a while now, and the light is at the end of the tunnel. By the end of this year (2022) we aim to have all ministries on the new platform!

We will keep you updated with our progress and the process to migrate you onto the new system. You want to make this as seamless and non-disruptive as possible for you.

When the time comes, all you will need to do is re-embed your players and update your live stream keys. But do not worry, we will give you plenty of “heads-up” and assistance to help prevent any interruption of service.

The benefits will be massive!

Our goals with the new Sermon Studio platform:

  • Increase overall stability and performance
  • Give your audience more access points and a better streaming experience
  • Help grow your ministry through advanced notifications and sharing tools
  • On-the-fly live stream transcoding (send us one high-quality stream and we will automatically create lower bitrate derivatives, for a better end-viewer experience regardless of their connection speed)
  • Prolonged live stream resilience to prevent inadvertent drops and recorded clips due to problematic/spotty broadcaster connections
  • Global live stream ingestion points to improve streaming performance for ministries outside of North America
  • Modern looking and feature-rich Media Centers and Live Stream Campuses
  • Advanced scheduling and staging for upcoming Live broadcasts
  • Aggregation of analytics and communications from across your social networks
    …and a whole lot more!

Over the coming weeks we will be sending your additional updates to keep you informed. Our goal is to enable you to do as much as possible, with a single-click.

We know you are going to love it… Talk soon!
