It is worth having a single encoder that is portable and can have the ability to stream reliably. The LiveU is a dedicated hardware encoder (no computer is needed once setup). This is great for streaming from a place where the local internet is not great.
The LiveU is more of the high-end encoder but works great. You can purchase the LiveU monthly service for around $300 per month. This includes the 2 LTE (Cell) Service for bonding (linking)
The LiveU comes in HDMI & HDMI & SDI. I would suggest getting the SDI version since it has the 2 sources.
If you don’t want to use LTE Service the bonding/linking is still available to use and costs just $40 a month. Simply link your local internet and another connection.
With the LiveU you can use up to 4 connections 2 LTE, 1 Wifi, & 1 Ethernet.
This is fantastic and a much-needed tool for mobile churches.

NOTE: Speedify is optional but can bond any combination of Internet connections and will intelligently distribute your online traffic among them for optimal performance. Plus, if you get disconnected from one of your connections in the middle of an important video call or file transfer, Speedify will seamlessly failover to your other working Internet connection(s) without skipping a beat.
