Adobe Premiere Elements (Windows/Mac) – Approx. $150

AVS4you.com (Windows Only) – $60

DaVinci Resolve ( Windows/Mac ) – Free

Adobe Premiere Elements is the easiest of the three to use. While it does cost the most of the three options, it works well and is very easy to learn and navigate.  You can also get the Adobe Photoshop Photo editor too. Trim your clip, put a logo or bumper in the front  and back, then save your file as mp4.
