Pros: 

• Easy to use 
• Multiview 
• Switcher 
• USB can be used as a webcam if you are not recording on a hard drive 
• Multiple Input 
• Small profile 

Cons: 

• No Wi-Fi 
• Does not have an auxiliary output 
• May not be great if you are doing IMAG (Image on Screen)
