Your Sermon Studio is full of features, all included at no extra cost, that were developed to help your ministry better present the Gospel.

We are often surprised by how many Sermon Studio users don’t realize what tools they already have access to in their Sermon Studio “toolbox.” 

This often falls back on us for not doing enough to educate our users as to all the features that are available to them.  This is why we send these emails every other week, with a section dedicated to the “Featured Feature.”

Your sermon.net is packed full of functions, each with their own benefit.  As a quick recap, below is a list of the main features.  Please give them a look and let us know if there is anything we can do to help you use more of your Sermon Studio’s capabilities!

1. Audio, Video, PDF storage & delivery.

Benefit: Safeguard your content and its access… This is your own online copy (perhaps a backup) of your media that you can link to and share directly.  Regardless of the policies and decisions of the secular, ad-driven, platforms; this is your private / safe online copy of the media that will not be affected by any changes they make. Your content will always be separate and accessible by you and your audience.

2. Embed players directly into your own website.

Benefit: Control your online presence… Do not force your audience to go to the ad-driven platforms that are a carnival of confusion and distractions. Give your audience the option to access your content on a page or site that ONLY contains your content. If you do not have your own website, we provide you with your own landing page.

3. Live Simulcasting / Re-streaming to your Youtube, Facebook, or custom RTMP accounts.

Benefit: Simplify your workflow… Hit multiple destinations with one simple action. Once set up, all you will need to do is start your stream with the click of a button.  This will send your stream to your website, as well as your social networks. Grow your audience by leveraging the outreach capabilities the free platforms provide but do not rely solely upon them.

4. Simulated live streaming / scheduled broadcasting of pre-recorded content.

Benefit: Prepare an event ahead of time. Pre-record your media and bring people together to watch at a scheduled time. It can be a single event or several hours of scheduled programming. Your audience can interact with you and each other through an integrated chat module.

5. Podcasting to iTunes, Google Play, Spotify, etc. (unlimited RSS feeds).

Benefit: Make it easy for your audience to automatically receive and take your media with them… They can listen to and share while on the go.  

6. Apps for Apple, Android, Roku, and Chromecast.

Benefit: Easy access on mobile devices and home entertainment systems… Whether they are outside for a walk, or at home on the couch, give your audience the best experience possible based on their current location and equipment.

7. Unlimited Playlists and Media Centers (embeddable, or linked-to landing page)

Benefit: Multiple departments, each with unique content and access, all controlled through one Studio account… Your Sunday morning worship, youth ministry, and Bible study groups can have their own Playlist (channel). Each with their own live streams, archived content, players, and feeds.
