PASSWORD PROTECTED PLAYLISTS

PASSWORD REQUIRED BEFORE THE PLAYLIST'S EPISODES ARE DISPLAYED

You can now limit who has access to your media ( live & on-demand ) by adding a Password to protect the contents of a Playlist(s).

 

 

Within your Studio, go to the Playlist page, select the desired Playlist from the drop-down menu, or create a new one. Scroll down to the PROTECTION section to enter the Password.  Share this password only with those who you want to permit access to.

 

For additional Privacy, set this Playlist to PRIVATE within the Details section of the Playlist page, and only have this Playlist assigned to the intended Media Center or Players.  This will ensure that any Episode that is ONLY assigned to this Playlist will not show up in any public Sermon Network search results or Live broadcast schedules.

 

Here are a couple examples of Players that contain a Password Protected Playlist:

1. Single Episode Playlist Player (Password = password456)

 

2. Multiple Playlist Player (Password = password123)
